I'm not going to pretend that I know a lot about make up, because I really don't. But I am going to share with you the make up that I have found really works for me! I don't use all this make up every single day, it's what I'd put on if i'm leaving the house and just going to town etc. All the other days I would probably just about fill my eyebrows in and that's it! Anyway, these are my make up essentials:
It all looks a bit messy, I know, but I will take you through each product individually!
Olay Total Effects Touch of Maxfactor Foundation.
I'm not one to wear foundation, it just makes my skin feel really heavy and causes the odd spot on my face. Since I rarely get spots, I wanted to keep it that way, and with this foundation it does. It is so light on the skin it doesn't feel like I have anything on it, it doesn't clog up my pores and it holds it stay throughout the day. My favorite so far.
After adding the Olay Foundation I would use just a tiny amount of Mac Studio Fix on top, I would apply a little amount to my brush and tap any excess powder off, it gives my make up more of a matt finished look.
I would then add Mac Dollymix Sheertone Shimmer Blush to the cheek bones, the colour is so subtle it actually looks quite natural! It's such a pretty colour too!

Next I would start on the eyes, I would use the darkest colour as a base coat from my No7 Naked Nudes palette, and I would then add L'oreal Chrome Shine number 175 on top and blend the two together.
I would then add a thin eyeliner over the top of my eyelid on the lash line, and at the bottom lash line, I would then smudge the eyeliner over before adding a bit more L'oreal Chrome Shine over the eyeliner and blending it in. For this I would use Models Own black eyeliner pencil, as it is double sided and had an eyeliner smudger on the over end.
I would then fill in and shape my eyebrows very faintly with Saffron Blonde waterproof eyebrow pencil. This is the only pencil that I could find that suited my skin and hair tone, i looks the most naturalist and only cost's me £1 which is crazy.

Last but not least, I would add my mascara, I am currently in love with Benefit's They're Real Mascara. They honestly really maximum my lashes and I always get asked if they're actually real! It is extremely pricey for a mascara, but it is well worth the money.
